To ensure prompt resolution of return items, please follow the following instructions:
1. Prior communication is required for returns/exchanges. Please refer to the return/exchange instructions for details. The seller confirms and agrees that the recipient can return the item;
2. The transportation costs incurred by the return shall be paid by both parties after agreement (or by default, they shall be paid separately by the sender);
3. Without consultation, we refuse to accept any COD goods returned in any way;
4. Returns must include: a complete and intact quantity of products, a completed authorization letter for return, and any supporting documents related to shipment.
Note: Please print and sign the authorization letter below, stamp it with the official seal, and send it together with the goods!
The following issues do not apply to returns, including but not limited to the following situations:
1. The product has been used for a long time;
2. Due to human error or non-compliance with application requirements, the product is no longer usable;
3. Internal or external damage caused by human or external forces;
4. Disassembled and reassembled without permission;
5. Randomly increase demand parameters beyond the performance indicators of the pump;
6. The system malfunctioned, causing damage to the pump;
